Maverick City Builders (“MCB,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a general contracting company based in Lancaster, Massachusetts. We serve homeowners throughout Worcester County and Central Massachusetts. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information you provide when you contact us or visit mcitybuilders.com.

We collect personal information only when you voluntarily provide it—primarily through our contact and estimate-request form. The information we collect includes:

• Name — so we know who we’re speaking with
• Email address — to send you a response and your estimate
• Phone number — to schedule a consultation or follow up on your project
• Project description / message — details about the work you’re considering
• Town or service area — to confirm we serve your location

We do not collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive financial or government-issued identifiers through this website.

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Respond to your estimate or service inquiry
• Schedule on-site consultations or follow-up calls
• Send you a written project estimate and related project communications
• Answer questions about our services, timelines, and pricing

4. We Do Not Sell Your Data

Maverick City Builders does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes. Full stop.

5. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate this website and communicate with you:

• GoHighLevel (GHL) — our CRM and contact-form platform. Information submitted through our estimate form is stored in GHL so our team can follow up. GHL’s privacy policy is available at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.
• Google Analytics (GA4) — we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors navigate our website (pages viewed, session duration, geographic region). Google Analytics collects data through cookies and does not personally identify you by name. You can opt out using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Meta Pixel (Facebook) — we use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of any advertising we run on Facebook and Instagram. The pixel may set cookies on your device. See Meta’s Privacy Policy for details.
• Google Tag Manager — used to manage and deploy the analytics and tracking tags listed above.

None of these third parties receive your name, email, or phone number unless you complete our contact form.

6. Cookies and Tracking

This site loads no analytics or advertising cookies unless you accept them. On your first visit you are asked to accept or decline. Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel are configured with Google Consent Mode and stay switched off until you accept. If you decline, nothing is loaded.

We retain contact information submitted through our estimate form for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and manage any resulting project relationship, or until you request that we delete it. We do not keep data longer than necessary for normal business operations.

• Delete it. We will erase your enquiry and contact details unless we are required to keep records tied to a signed construction contract.
• Opt out of analytics and advertising cookies at any time, by declining the banner or clearing this site’s data.
• Stop contacting you. Ask once and we stop.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you submit. Our website is served over HTTPS. Contact form submissions are transmitted securely to our CRM platform. No method of electronic transmission is 100% secure, but we take our obligation to protect your data seriously.

10. Children’s Privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
